Carolina Specialties Construction is seeking an experienced & motivated individual to immediately join the team as a Commercial Construction Estimator.
Requirements & Duties
- 5 years of commercial construction project estimating experience.
- Experience with Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Build, and Public Bid project delivery methods.
- Ability to oversee and manage the bid preparation process during preconstruction and complete a proper transfer with the construction team.
- B.S. in Construction Management or related field, and/or years of experience.
