Carolina Specialties Construction completed the renovation of the Sink Building on the property of Blue Ridge Community College in Spring 2017. The renovation included complete demolition of the interior of the building. A new internal layout was developed by the design staff to be the new home for student services. The newly renovated building is the central location of student registration along with housing student administration personnel offices.
