The Pardee MOB project located in Mills River, NC was performed as a CMAR project with McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture. The 2,700 SF medical up-fit was constructed in an existing shell. The medical facility includes administrative area, drug testing facilities along with laboratory, nurses’ station and six examination rooms and one procedure room.
