Flavor 1st Growers & Packers has been a great longer term partner and client for many years. Over time their facility and needs have changed as they have grown into a major produce packing operation. As they have grown, we have been privileged to assist them in their building needs. The facility totals approximately 135,000 SF of pre-engineered metal building construction with the latest additions being a 35,000 SF facility for packaging and a stand alone 10,000 SF office building for management and operations.
